Acronis vmProtect 9: Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP2 Not Detected in Application-aware Backup

Issue with GUI. Leave application-aware backup enabled. Granular recovery is still possible.

Symptoms

1. You have a virtual machine with Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP2 installed on non-English Windows locale.
2. You set up an application-aware backup for this virtual machine.
3. Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP2 is not detected on the 4th step of the backup wizard.

Cause

Issue with GUI. 

Solution

Leave application-aware backup option enabled for this virtual machine in the backup wizard. Granular recovery of Exchange data will still be possible.
