Acronis Snap Deploy: Troubleshooting Deployment Issues

Collect following information and contact Acronis Customer Central.

• Clarify the scope of this issue: does it happen on all machines or some specific machines in the environment? Is it always reproduced on the same machines or are the failures random?
• If this is specifc to one ore more particular machines, collect a report from one of them using the AcronisInfo Utility
• Make sure that the "Place the agent's logs on the deployment server" option is checked for the bootable media used to reproduce the issue (this is the default setting). Double-check that C:\ProgramData\Acronis\DeployServer\AgentsLogs contains log files after the failure. 
• Collect system information in the Management Console and bootable media by following the instructions here.
• Provide information about physical configuration of the network. This information should contain what hardware devices are used in the network environment (hubs, switches, routers) between the deployment server and the deploy agent.
• Provide a PCAP log from the Acronis OS Deploy Server machine when the issue occurs and specify the OS Deploy server machine IP address. Make sure to clarify the date and time when this PCAP log was collected. See Collecting PCAP Logs. Make sure that the PCAP log was being collected while the error happened.
